No. If they haven’t asked you for too much in the past and you’ve known them for a while, just give it to them. Now, disregarding the fact that it’s the “nice” thing to do (who cares, right?), they’ll also subconsciously feel obligated to you. They might even offer to pay you on the spot… in which case you got their goodwill and their money.
